I'm 185 cm tall, weight 80 kg. I bought two xxl pairs- one gray and one black. They are just a little bit small on me.I can use them for running, but when I squat, the grey one gets stuck on my thighs. Not a major issue, but for people larger than me I'd recommend to look elsewhere.
