I'm 6'1"(187cm?) with a small waist usually US size 30 and XL fits well, but any smaller definitely would not fit. I have an XXL also and it fits great with more baggy room amd slightly loose pant ankles. Theyre my favorite pants for just being around the house. Very comfortable and get softer the more you wash them. They do shrink slightly after first wash.
