Super cute! It's see-through, so you'll probably have to wear something underneath. It's also not very stretchy, so be careful about the size! I am usually an XS/S in American sizes, 5'0" (153cm) and 105lbs (47kg) and I got a Small. The body area is tight like in the picture, and the arms are a bit looser and not skintight. Recommend!
