I have small hands. it was easy to adjust and make smaller by removing some links. you can reposition the finger rings along the main chain. I leave 4 links between each and it fits perfect. be gentle and not pull on it because it can break.
The design is great although the material of the Rings feels like they are going to break but it compensates as they are adjustable to any size
