If you want that look go small but if you want a more conservative oversized look then go medium

Skirt cut very small I’m 162 lbs and I’m slim thick fit and I couldn’t zippen all the way up , I suggest that you size up for a comfortable size … this would be my second skirt I’m sizing up today !!! Please size up unless you’re a smaller smaller girl .
